Hoss and Alfred have determined its time to make a change in the way they handle patrons in today’s Hospitality Included.

Good customer service is important for any, if not all, businesses. It’s especially important in the hospitality industry. If customer service is not up to par, patrons will let you know about it. Usually it’s displayed in the lack of a tip, but other methods are available to lodge complaints.
