I was describing in my last interview at Quack With the Ducks about how one of my latest challenges is conveying a scene in as few words as possible.

I really didn't have much choice in House of the Muses #1 because then my challenge was to say as much in as few PAGES as possible. Pictorial storytelling is our birthright, our heritage as artists. We owe a huge debt of thanks to those first Paleolithic cave paintings 32,000 years ago by our artistic ancestors that launched our craft.

Art is also relative. Only those who've read House of the Muses #1 know why panel 2 of this page has that, "GASP! It's YOU!" factor.
