Today I'm gonna talk about how crossing the line in ecchi anime can ruin a good story.

Now, I watch a bit of ecchi anime (Hey, I'm a guy.), but I watch ecchi that doesn't actually show… female parts. Get it? I mean, I watch and read Negima, Love Hina, Dokuro-chan, Haruhi, etc. And those anime have quite a bit of fanservice in them. But they don't cross the line. I think that there's quite a few manga and anime that have good stories, but are ruined when they cross that line into showing a tad too much. Like Midori Days or the Chobits OVA and manga.
Sigh. Maybe I should just ignore it. Or enjoy it. Nah. I've got my morals. Which is why HTBAF will always be family-friendly!

…Well, unless you count violence. Cuz there will be quite a few fight scenes.
