Issue #1: Hello, Huckleberry!
Author notes
I think I've never drawn so much straw in a single story! About the snake-tailed owl we've seen in those two issues: it's only an incompetent monster, but its appearance and taser weapon are a very loose reference to the Binaye Ahani (Navajo demons). The Binaye Ahani were hideous worm-like beings who fired lightning from their eyes. A hero eventually fought and killed them. Then, in some versions, he transforms the survivors into owls. Huckleberry © myself, 2018 - present.
