well, now we see the extent to which Drake messed up, poor boy, what are the chances of running into a minor character of actual inteligence.

Thanks for all of the character offers guys, I was completly blown away by all the help (on this and the smackjeeves mirror site). I'm going to try to do one new cameo a page so that there'll be a sort of "treat of the day." I'll also try to send the character's owner a sketch of how I'll draw 'em so they can point out any mistakes, which means that you'll be getting a bit of thanck you fanart.

I've actualy been offered more characters than I can use in this scene (we can't have our heros too outnumbered now can we? ^^) so if it's alright with all of you, I'd like to pick a few that will fit best in the mob (probably mostly grown up guys), and save the rest for two future group scenes (yes, there will be more, because I'm an idiot and can't make things easy on myself). These crowds will hopefully be more diverse, so I can fit in more of a variety of characers and have more fun with them (vendors in town and such, while members of the mob sort of are getting to stand around and scowl for now).

That being said, I can never have too many extras for the long run, so if you ever feel like volunteering, do so. My goal is to have a cameo in every crowd scene from now on, so lets see if we can turn this into a sort of "spot the cameo" running game. sound good to people?

re Cerise: Fitz's dad is already rather interligent for a minor character isn't he? (meaning that he's of about average inteligence)

but torches are so much more in the mob spirit, and open flame is good for dealing with vampires (probably not so effective against dragons, but they don't exactly know what Drake is, he just gets dubber a generic "demon" most of the time).
