I'm very happy with how the first two pannels came out, but not so happy with Drake in the last pannel, which is a pity since it's a much larger pannel. curse proportions and their wonky-ness.
Whatever opportunity The villagers had to back out is starting to disapear, why? Drake's starting to enjoy himself.
re Rina_ran: the problem is that, as Drake points out, the villagers are just untrained rable. If the mayor just told them to hold their ground without a reason, they probably wouldn't.
re Icysapphire: Poor boy, shock and blood-loss have reduced him to an almost Teddy-level of pitifulness.
re LimboWoman: well, the villagers an in desperate need of one, and Drake doesn't seem to be in much of a hurry.
re Racnarath: If they try leaving the villagers will probably attack. Al they're essentialy doing is waiting for an opening to present itself. Turning around and leaving would count as a rather large opening.
re Tali_demonic: oh yes he is.
re JillyFoo: looks like both rides have opted out of running…
re ce33: ah the glory of shock and blood loss.
re Cheeko: is it bad that I enjoyed drawing Fitz in such a state?
re joey790: ^__^
re Delta_end64: Drake seems to think so.
re Vendrus Sci: yes, but they're villagers, not soldiers, so the chances of them obeying orders without knowing why would have been rather slim.
re Arrijas:: yeah, I sort of realised the connection when I was writing out the explanation, but in my defence there's a gap of several years in between when I stoped reading that seireis and when i started writing this, so the similary was subconscious at most XP
re Nigellashade: Drake still looks like he thinks he has things under control, but he's also starting to enjoy himself, which could be bad news for the villagers.
re Keru_chi: well, at least his current state seems to be earning him some sympathy points, whereas a few pages ago people where just hoping to see him get his butt kicked.
