all those dropped torches finally come in handy for Drake. Manipulating fire that's already there is easier on Drake than conjuring it.

User: Will: the seal's more of a barrier between him and bahamoot. The seal's just a symbol of it, removing it would just leave him without a hand.

re Soli: they won't register normal pain, but their weaknesses will register. You've seen them flinch from things like crosses and holy water, fire is just another article in the list (another purity thing)
