egads! oodles of dragons!

The horns and large plate-scales are the best way to tell them apart, especially since the only ones in Drake's family who have patterns on their scales are his father and younger brother.

Hopefully there's enough info to figure out who everyone Drake mentions is. If not things should become clearer in the next few pages and more names will be given.

re amanda: nah, this is his little bro, Drake's already a sarcastic fellow.

re Mina_Lunga: are you basing that on the teeth? I modeled them on my dog's, although I was working from memory since I was at college at the time. The molars came out a bit too blunt, and looking at her teeth now I realize that I also forgot to add another, smaller pointed tooth behind the canine. Dragon's mostly eat meat, but they're so large that I think that their teeth would be blunter because they'd be more interested in crushing than tearing or piercing since they can eat most critters in one or two bites.

re Kikaru: there are different speceis because of the different sort of dragons in myths, by they're fairly distinct groups and don't have much to do with each other, so all the dragons you'll be seeing are some variety of red, although they can range from orangy to nearly black

re sims2fanatic: yup, I've always had pet dogs so when I draw animals there tends to be a doggish influence
