why do I do things like pannel 3 to myself?

anywho, reasoning behind the structure. Dragons live a long time, and they don't have their own art and style but mimic humans. But human style shifts during their lifetimes. Sometimes they make the effort to keep up…and sometimes they're just too lazy. This is why you've got folks with celtic, Roman, and medieval clothing all hanging out in the same place. You'll also notice some celtic patterns on the far wall, outside of the roman structures. Occasionally they'll update their structures, but things decay relatively fast for dragons, and their much more oriented towards displaying power than upkeep, so things are looking a bit shabby right now.

re Kikaru: yes, they can. It's especialy good for turning into a smaller dragon that can fit into smaller spaces. Getting a truly human form is difficult. The little one hasn't quite mastered it yet, and even the old ones have trouble getting rid of their tails because that means, including their wings, that they have to get rid of three whole limbs, which is much harder than shrinking or changing the shape of a limb. most of the time they don't bother ditching the tail.

re Cthonic Cultist: this flashback takes them way back, to the middle ages in europe. magic is the strongest thing around so there aren't any powerful weapons hidden there, but there are other sites like this one. Other groups use them as meeting places too.
