In case you're wondering, Drake is trying to push through the shield instead of changing the shape of the blade to make it longer, when it changes shape it softens, which would be a bad idea when George is pushing against it.

Sir Henry might have the right idea.

reHellsoulWolf: ^_^

re Mikato: thanks ^_^

re khard12: sadly the hallways make that hard. He doesn't have enough room to transform into a size with enough strength to tear down the stone walls from the inside, but he's going to do some damage in his human form anyways.

re Kikaru: there's a couple Bahamut influences going on, George had the whole holy warrior and dragonslayer on his side, but Drake has the mythological tradition of terrible dragon retaliation and the last survivor archetype, so these makes the advantage more ambiguous.

re Cthonic Cultist: if the sword had fallen the other way it would be, but now its oddly lopsided in that Drake's got an offensive advantage with his sword and claws and George has a defensive advantage with his shield and armor.
