Looks like George isn't able to hold onto his religious calm now, which is ultimately what Drake wants.

re taltamir: yes, it's not tactically the best decision, but for Drake's goal of hurting George as much as he can its the best option so he's willing to take the risk. Killing George while he's at peace with his fate would be an empty gesture.

re Leyote: I guess that's sort of what I wanted, for Drake's reaction to make sense but not be a good thing.

re Mina_Lunga: true, but very dangerous. After this encounter the revenge story format would be on George's side.

re Mikato: unfortunately they're the best way to hurt George.
