A peek in on LightningBug's family.
His mom, Rina Corrigan, whom, if you remember, is an alien conqueror… who didn't conquer.
His little sister, Annie, is a nice, normal girl. Sweet of nature, and, thus far, innocent in all this. In Rina's arms is baby Sam.
I guess, "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" takes on a deeper meaning when one is marooned on a planet one has tried and failed to decimate.
