Madd Dogg lives up to his name.
Not much of a shock.
If one lives in a world populated by supers and one sees a bunch of folks dressed in odd costumes, it's a safe bet that they may have powers.
If one screws with those folks, it's also a safe bet that they have powers of their own.
… or they're really, really DUMB.
Like angry villagers in old X-Men comics who attack the likes of Nightcrawler and/or Colossus with torches and pitchforks.
