Oh and if it says "Giada" or "Emril" then don't buy that one.
I'm hoping to start putting recipies up online eventually, but cookbooks are the first step.
Emril "kicks it up" too many notches, there should be some subtlty in cooking, drowning taste out with cilantro does not equal good cooking.
And Giada… well you know how I feel about Giada
