Down another 2 pounds! I expect next week to not be quite so productive, now that I started lifting. Muscle weighs more than fat so building muscle actually makes you heavier. But, more muscle means you burn more calories when you're at rest, which is why people who are in shape have an easier time staying in shape than I have getting in shape.
While I've only recorded the first 14 days of my diet so far, I'm currently 40 days into it! Yay for me!
