I was worried I wouldn't get a comic done in time today.
We're having a pot luck at work on friday and I'm making stuffed peppers.

More specifically I'm making peppers stuffed with pineapple-jerk chicken and cornbread with homemade pineapple-tomatillo salsa.

Anyway, don't get me wrong. I have nothing against powerwalk. If you're so overweight that it's all you can do, then it's definately a good idea. Hell even the smallest amount of exercise beats the alternative. You gotta start where you can. Baby steps.

But is anyone really convinced that it is AS efficient an exercize as jogging? I think not. Them powerwalkers are in some serious denial.

And they look silly
