Dozer's need to learn about building codes

So, my big confession is that as a kid I only ever saw one episode of Fraggle Rock. On the plus side I had a book about the show and loved the concept of the Dozers. The eating of the buildings just seemed cool and somewhat dangerous at the same time. Here it obviously did not turn out well.
