Not much to say here actually.
Williams' past will be revealed in due time.
The "major" SLA-only characters will be introduced as-is, with an arrow and a name, just so you know they're kind of important. We'll get to know them as we go.

My life has been a little hectic as of late and I'm really sorry for the lack of updates, but my schedule seems to have been worked out and I have a few extra hours freed up nowadays. However, I also will be working on a separate project on the MSPA forums and so updates will continue, possibly at a slightly slower-than-usual pace.
