Some Employers Have such unreasonable demands on their employees, This is one for my EX-Boss who can take his crappy job and shove it. There is no way i can keep the call handle time down when almost all the inbound calls are of people that want to call us up and tell us their life story before telling us what the problem is or how to fix it.
