Finally, managed to figure out my new shading technique and finish this page.
As the observant ones can probably tell, this was done with pens as opposed to pencils, for the most part. Only a few of the fine details are being done digitally, but I'm learning as I go.
It's rough, but I like the way it turned out as opposed to my earlier attempts at pencil smudge…uh, shading. I'll probably stick with this until I come up with something better.
