#5 Catch that car!

After a long recovery I am back to drawing. Took forever for my eye to heal to where I could actually see what I am drawing.
Sorry about the size and quality of it, I did it a little too large and had to shrink it by 75% so it would fit on most monitors. You can see the old version here.

I really like how panel 3 turned out with the motion blur but the hand could have been better. Looks like hes holding a candy bar instead of a cb microphone. I redid it like 3 times, twice in psp before say awe heck with it. Panel 4 was done entirely in psp some things traced over from a picture. If you look close you can see where I set the transparency down on the trees to give them texture, but the clouds were done by hand. Might go back and add some more lines in the trees. I couldn't quite get the police lights to look right in panel 1 though.

I should have my graphics tablet back next week some time, maybe then it will be even better and with shading.
