I know, my water stinks, deal with it. (Anyone know of any good tutorials?) It's a pale purple because of the lilac sky. Xade looks purplish from space due to an atmospheric effect of the black hole's radiation.

There seems to have been some confusion on Friday, everyone assumed that Xadian humans are extinct, since everyone I have drawn, besides Trainer, is animal. They're not, they're simply rare and hard to find. Scattered all over Xade are some small pockets of humans, yet not as we are today. One will actually make an appearance in chapter 5. And if you think Human Alex looks bizarre, wait till you see *spoiler name.*

Furthermore, some were rather shocked how Xade evolved into anamorphic. I mentioned a long time ago in my comments about how it happened. In a nut shell, an alien race invaded Xade and almost wiped the humans out, (elves were first to go) leaving only about 30 left. Xade herself woke up for a few minutes and turned select animals (Ghost, they were not pets, since Xadians believed in befriending, not overpowering/enslaving animals.) humanoid. Some humans agreed to it, others didn't. The ones who agreed did not have deformed descendants, just humanoid animals, while humans became deformed because of there simply wasn't enough of them to prevent incest related deformation. Like with everything, I did some research before drawing human Alex and judging by some pictures, and using some imagination inbreeds might eventually look like this.

On a side note, we have a first, I changed the panel border of Trainer's panel mid comic, woooo. And before you ask Trainer's mind is more disciplined than the average person so when someone visits, or when I show him inside his mind it will actually be like a world but with a green cloudy sky and a basic green theme. (that's actually his favorite color, not just the color of his eyes)
