I fibbed when I said I was going to explain about Cara. I thought I'd let Alex do the honors, of course with that background activity you gotta wonder how much you and Aden will learn about it.

Aden just isn't into computers that much, hes more into the mechanical tech because in his time he crashed computers simply by being near them too long. 2500 years later the technology is safe from magic thanks to the magichip. Of course, if Aden was alive he could still do that but thats enough on that topic ;)
