I was hard pressed to make that last panel look right. I also debated on adding some text but changed my mind, since it is supposed to happen so fast. Aden/Alex can move very fast when they want to, so all Aden needed to see is just a fraction of the thing coming after him. The only reason it missed was because Alex was boring him so Aden was casting about for something to focus on.

On a side note, I was trying very very hard to keep away from Knightrider's KITT, or even KARR, who was seen in 2 episodes as the KITT prototype. It's true name is PATCHES, Police Assistant Transport Computerized Humanoid-controlled Experimental System. They needed a Guinea pig and Alex, wanting some karma, volunteered for it, providing that he could reprogram it and add to it as he saw fit, which explains the wings tucked in the undercarriage. First thing he did was rename it Cara; after all, what crook would take him seriously if he had a car named Patches?

What is that thing? See ya Thursday ;)
