Magical Misfits
Dark Eyes, Robert, and Sox, along with the Terran Scout are from Magical Misfits they're here to visit Xade for a while in case you are just joining us, here is the the beginning of the chapter.

yeah, there never was any bats on Xade, although the sayings "blind as a bat" and "bat's hearing" are around, but that's only because there are earth stock humans in the gene pool. I wonder if Dark Eyes has poor vision like the average bat.
