So this is Glenn. i added him to the comic since i was becoming friends with him at the time. However he was always a bit of an ass. He would constantly brag about the great stuff he had, and he loved being able to one up anyone. I'm sure you've met someone like this at some point in your life. the punchline has to do with a TV commercial circa five years ago that overemphasized the amazing douchebaggery that is a One Upper. If you don't get the reference i don't blame you.
