One of the ideas I am playing around with in my head to make me practice drawing humans. The text underneath is as follows.

My father says it's colder this year. I don't remember summer.
All I know is fall, harvest, and preparation.
Training to defend what we have. A supply to keep our hold alive for 15 years.

The main idea is borrowed from a series of books I quite like, simply it is a medieval kind of setting but the twist is that the seasons last for years. So not only does summer last around 10 years, so does winter.
