…and it's sad because it's taken up most of my time for the past three and a half months. :)

i didn't build it–we (being me and mandy) mostly tore apart an existing Operation Wolf cabinet (that we got for about $200), painted it black, mounted a 19" CRT monitor in it, new PC, etc. and wound up with this as the final result. (most of the cash that went into this project came from my livejournal commission work. Again, if anybody wants anything custom drawn, i'll do B&W sketches for $10–color for $30. http://joefreakinrocks.deviantart.com.--help support the cause to put lightguns on this effing thing.)

but the investment in finally purchasing a mame plus misc. cabinet has been nothing short of an amazing, fun, rewarding (and in turn–expensive as hell) hobby.

Still, i'm very excited about the final results, and anxious to share this with those who actually check out the comic. If i feel adventurous, i'll show the flash movie i made for the intro and the freakin' thing in operation.
