Crossover tribute time! Vera will not be flirting with Kirk. With the whole "Aordian Greeting" line his head might be turned by any or even all of the Aordians.

This Harry Mudd is inspired by the one in Star Trek: Discovery. That Harry Mudd was a bit less romantic and more opportunistic. The depiction of his wife is based on how she appears is Disco as well. There she is presented as totally devoted to him and interesting in making him a better person. Things a person like Mudd could see as nagging when in fact she is totally devoted to him and loves him deeply. So I figure the android was a caricature and not a true depiction of the real Stella.
