Commander Wes Norwood USN is not Han Solo. He doesn't go charging down corridors guns blazing. And he follows orders. The captain says don't go there and he won't. Calloway just wants to get out of there and Norwood isn't about to question her judgement.

@Jerrie: they didn't listen to me either. I recommended giving the whole crew ground combat training, shipping an entire SEAL team or Marine Force Recon compliment as opposed to just Norwood and carrying heavier weapons than just issue sidearms. One can't escape and evade on a space ship in interstellar space and remain in control of its systems. But they didn't listen to me. (As if Soviet Spetznaz and RPGs worked against robofemoids. ;-)
