Chapter 5 complete, volume 1 complete!

Well, I need to add some filler pages at the end as well as go over and revise the entire thing so realistically speaking I've still got about 1 or 2 months of work left before I try to finish the volume, but all the baseline work is finally done. I think I'll start with a full revision of Chapter 0 (I've rewritten it actually) starting next weekend and will see where further revisions go from there.
