meet cecil the insane robot, more robot themed things to come!

so i was thinking "what would make a robot look completley nuts" well robots are meant to be entierly devoid of personality and the like, so he is going to be a cheerful and british, design wise i thought a tophat is most suitable simply because where the hell does a robot get a tophat? also only one eye simply because its creepier like that.
