Bomb Man & Elec Man
JRarts onBomb Man - The fifth of Dr. Wily's creations. Bomb Man is currently under use by the military as a demolition and weapons test subject. His body is said to be more durable then Guts Man.
Elec Man - The sixth of Wily's creations. Elec Man is considered the most 'intellegent' of the six as he has the most advanced mother board and limitless processing power as he is a living generator. He is currently under use by Neo New York as a experimental back up or replacement generator.
