There are several examples of this kind of things in real life. Some are intentionally ironic (like the brave 'I want a Japanese girlfriend' shirt), but other are not. Was reading Neo Magazine where Jonathan Clements descibes having seen a woman with 'stupid white bitch' written in Chinese accross her shoulders. I hope no one told her later! o_o;

I've got a couple strips about the language barrier so will have a bit of a themed run over the next few updates. ^__^
