That’s the end of Jeriah’s first story arc.

Here is what happened.
Mysteriously, Captaian Varlos’s pirate ship comes across yet another refugee on their voyage. They hand this one over to the Queen’s Colony. There the outcast (Jeriah) is haled as the chosen one, for coming to their island in their darkest hour.

Jeriah reluctantly decides to help the Colony with the goblin invasion, if they help him get home when he accomplishes his goal. General Murrar Shar agrees to send him home after Jeriah saves the island. General Shar also asks his daughter Kefira to aid Jeriah.

Jeriah and Kefira travel to the Sapswill goblins lair to meet with their leader, to find out why after so long have the Sapswills have invaded the Colony. Chief Grexx explains that a evil necromancer has taken residence in a small cave near by and turned dead goblins on the Colony.

Jeirah and Kefira journey to the caves to battle the necromancer. Before Jeriah kills the necro, she reviles that she is a dark-elf Thexian who says this is just the beginning and that the Thexians will once again rule all of Norrath.

Meanwhile, a Halfling named Olna stumbles across the gates to the old Thexian home, Neriak. In a panic to get back to Qeynos to warn the Queen, he stumbles across another startling event. Olna walks in on Kixior Z’Nast discussing his plans for restoring the lost city of the Thexians. Before Olna can get away however he is found out and is killed by the renegade Dark Elves.


Back on the island, Jeriah and Kefira return from their adventure. General Shar explains to Jeirah that he could not find a ship willing to do a direct route to Jeriah’s home island from the Colony, but he would arrange transportation to Qeynos and from there to Jeirah’s home. With no other options Jeriah agrees and sets sail for Qeynos.


Captain Varlos makes one more pick up, this time it is the Thexian renegade leader Kixior Z’Nast. They deliver Kixior to Freeport, where Kixior is to meet the FOCI. Captain Varlos’s second in charge, Ingrid decides she has had enough of Captain Varlos’s secretive ways and quits. Captain Varlos then reviles that he was never a ship captain at all, that really he is the Sage of Ages, a powerful mage who is in league with the ancient dragons of Norrath.
