I did a little research regarding this arc. Part of which has to do with talking to Smarterchild himself and part of it was going to his website. He was created by Colloquis, but I couldn't find an address for the company. Also, I asked him where he was located and all he told me was Sunnyvale, CA. I looked Colloquis up in the Sunnyvale yellow pages and I came up with nothing. It was because of this that I assumed some intelligent teenager or 20 year old probably came up with him or whatever.

I'm not stating that as fact, though. It's just a guess.

Uh, I think the arc is coming to an end.
