He's kind of like Gambit with the way his eyes are. He's got black eyes with white irises instead of red.

I got the character design for this guy when I was thinking of drawing a new ad for Jix and ended up screwing up and wound up drawing a new character instead. Hope you enjoy.

Also, this should be the last time you see Stan Lee in these comics.
