For those of you who don't know what she's building, it's a dispenser from Team Fortress 2. Basically it heals you if you stand next to one and it replenishes your ammo. They're built by the Engineer class and can be destroyed by any of the enemy class by various means. The most annoying one is the spy who disguises himself as one of your teammates and places a device called a sapper that slows drains the health of the dispenser until it's destroyed. Often times when you play Engineer and this is happening, you hear your character shout "SPY'S SAPPIN' MY DISPENSER!"
