If Aranis was a human, Caezis (the bounty) would be doing a bad touch and would get slapped.

Anyway, the largeness of the fierce mode is due to age + practice. An older warrior is going to have a much bigger fierce mode than a younger citizen or even a younger warrior. But even then, a younger warrior would probably have a bigger fierce mode than an older citizen. All of this depends on how much they use it and how old they are. There is a limit to their size. At this point, they add scariness to it at this point. Sharper claws, sharper teeth, different features, etc.
