Okay, going back to that timeline I posted earlier…this comic takes place in mid October whereas the previous three comics took place in late August/early September.

On a related note, Lauren let her hair go natural in the meantime. Think back to the last arc. The other Lauren says that she doesn't dye her hair because their dad is paying for her college. She didn't make the same deal about the apartment.

Um…I'm with Lauren. Her petting Jix is kind of creepy. Try to imagine a short woman in Jix's place. A sentient being petting another sentient being just because the latter is furry is still just as creepy. That's just me, though.

Along with discovery gravity and creating a certain three laws of motion, Newton supposedly invented the catflap. The story goes that he liked cats and their going in and out of the room disturbed his light experiments, so he made the catflap so only that portion of the door would open.
