378. Aranis 07: The Bride of Kelelder

You know…I remember someone mentioning last time (sorry…I don't remember who and am too sleepy to go back and look) that it'd be funny to see Kelelder and Aranis get together and while I agree…I write these one arc at a time, so I have everything planned out for this arc ahead of time.

Though, I mean…I had considered making an exception, but the way I had it, involved Aranis going to ask her dad and her dad saying no and it ending there. I couldn't get the script sounding natural, so I ditched it and went back to this.

And for those of you who don't know what Aranis is talking about with the portrait of Kelelder in her uncle's mansion, I drew it very early on: http://www.drunkduck.com/Jix/index.php?p=281078 It was a combination of wanting to do something with the Ambis portrait and trying to design the Planet Thief when drawing that arc…so I killed two birds with one stone.
