I love Salisbury steaks. The name is a misnomer as it's ground beef and not actually steak, but so is Canadian bacon. I was originally going to use chicken fried steak, but the thought occurred to me that not many people outside of Texas…or maybe the South part of the US knows what a chicken fried steak is…Lauren included. (Since she lives in NYC.)

Also…where are you supposed to look when you're talking to yourself? I guess the same place you look when you're talking on the phone…
