Despite what Fakezilla would have you believe, you can't actually use human pregnancy tests on non-humans. This was one of the minor issues I had with this comic. I did a bit of research and ended up with this instead. The pregnancy tests look for a specific human hormone.
And yes, Remula knew what you were talking about, Red_Inuyasha. She was just being a bitch.
