Yes!
Okay, so I had a thought: Maybe instead of ending Jix all together, I'd reduce it to a weekly comic. It'd be more story driven than humor driven, but it would mean slightly better art and better stories…and given that I'd be down to two comics that are tri-weekly (and one of them being a sprite comic), this would lighten my work load that I could do a weekly serious comic without too much stress or not updating on time.
And this won't be like Dragon City Stories or Henchman No. 9 for several reasons: I have more story ideas, smaller weekly work load, I care more about Jix than Hn9 or DCS, and so on.
In short, it'll be a sequel that relies on story. There will be jokes, but I don't want to worry about trying to be funny all the time.
