Gee, I bring him back after all these years for a couple of comics and it's to retread a previous Dragon City arc.
Oh well, he's like one of two of Jix's foes that didn't hold a grudge after she and her friends/droids defeated them and wanted to kill her. That's the real reason he didn't show up again.
By the way, the arc title hasn't been relevant since the start of the story arc, but that's okay.
