If you're wondering, Aranis doesn't really know Atra in the new timeline. She may have met her as kits as she was one of Remula's only friends, but she would've only met cyborg Atra as an adult. The stuff she says to Atra in panel 2 is probably something she told her to give her some context of what she was doing. Works for a distraction.

If you're upset because she doesn't go through this whole master plan to fix time…I'm sorry. I wanted it to be really, really anticlimactic. I thought about going through a whole thing, but this ended up being funnier to me.
