And now Sam is the first dragon to join the list of Ambis/humans/other creatures who have taken a shot at Jix.

Honestly, it really shouldn't be him as the sniper. Sam has done more than necessary for the government. I just wanted to have him in this arc. The more Parritys…Parrities? Par–whatever–the more of that family I can bring back, the better. Unfortunately, it was only Rachel and Sam, but I forced Erin into the arc. I could've easily had Sam in her place in that comic. It would've made more sense.
