This particular issue has a lot of really overcomplicated plot stuff. Part of me feels this stuff needs to be spelled out but the other parts of me feel that it's not funny or interesting and nobody cares so why waste time on it. The compromise is that I keep trying to find new and odd ways of relaying this exposition but never straying far from the comedy. Thus, by accident, I had Joe and Ted standing in front of a television riffing and I realized I was basically doing MST3K. So I decided to go all out and give it the Shadowrama treatment.
