Does an absurd amount of totally unused background information laid out in a ridiculously long speech count as a joke? If not, it is the set-up for a joke on the next page, which will be up in a little bit.

(I did a word count on this speech and it's slightly longer than the longest speech in Feliz NaviDEATH, so NEW RECORDHOLDER. WOO.)
