To give a more literal translation, ikemen means "good face" but the term is used to say hot person (so it can be used on girls too).

This strip came out of a conversation today. I was talking about how I sometimes see models in Roppongi and find myself following them so I can look at them longer… my friends were silent and replied by saying "that's weird!"
